Jaden t-ball

Last year I lied to get Jaden to play (he wasn't old enough). This year he is legal and loves it. He tries so hard and listens to his coach very well. He has improved his hitting and even catches the ball to get kids out on first! He is so concerned that we are there and I have to brag that my husband has been so good at making it his top priority! Not because sports are that important to us(although we are both very competitive) but because he wants Jaden to know we love him. I even tried to get Cory to miss a game to get the sod in and he asked me if sod was more important than Jade! I love my boys!!!

More House

This is mostly for Dani! However, as you can see my main area (especially kitchen)is a blank slate when it comes to decorations!! I would love any brilliant ideas of what to do!! Someday when my laundry room and master area are clean I will show them. I love my master bath so I'll try to clean soon!

Hey, good lookin'

Grace has been singing this song constantly. I think it is cute but it does get stuck in your head. If you can't understand her, she is saying "hey good lookin', whatcha got cookin', how bout cookin' somethin' up with me" You may have to pause the playlist at the bottom of the page to hear her.

Look how big he is!!

Lane is getting so big already. I took him to his two month check up and got some medicine for his acid reflux. The Dr. thinks he has it because of the tubes they had in his stomach the first 12 or so hours. I think he'll out grow it fine and I'm just excited to finally get about 3 hours of consistant sleep a night. The poor little guy would cry and cry in pain. Now his is happy and very content. I finally replaced the batteries in the bouncer. When I first put him in it and turned on the vibrater, he had the funniest look on his face. Now he absolutely loves to kick it.

House

These are some of my favorite rooms in our house. Jaden & Lanes is crowded right now until he moves from the crib. Grace's room is a work in progress. Their bathroom is my favorite room in the house. I love the glass tile.

My cute kids

We blessed Lane on Father's Day. It was such a great day. We worked like mad all weekend to get our grass in. Then our family came over for the blessing and dinner after. Cory gave a beautiful blessing and Lane was given the middle name Monroe after his great grandfather who will turn 80 this year and was able to spend the day with us and stand in the circle. I also had the kids pictures taken and absolutely loved them. It was even a very pleasant experience, they all smiled easily and had fun.

5 o'clock shadow at 7 weeks??

I took the kids for a bike ride this morning and the straps in the bike trailer put little black flakes all over Grace and Lane. Grace ran around enough to knock them off but Lane looks like he has whiskers(and check out that double chin). I love my bike trailer and taking the kids for rides. Jaden was glad he didn't have to ride in the trailer anymore and honestly so I was I(the 80+ pounds that he and Grace are is not easy to pull).



The kids also wanted me to take a picture of them in our porch swing. Jaden thought they looked cool and wanted to show off his new glasses!
